Postnatal training programmes are divided into 2 phases:
1. Up to 6 months postpartum
2. Beyond 6 months postpartum.
Specifically designed to help mums get back their pre-pregnancy body as safely & quickly as possible. The exercises within my programmes are designed to target all muscle groups affected by pregnancy and birth; and are tailored to the type of birth you experienced. –

Postnatal Group Fitness
I run several Postnatal Group Fitness classes at multiple venues around Hammersmith, West London. These are designed to get new mums and their babies out of the house to meet, exercise together and enjoy some social time.
My classes operate all year round: come rain, snow or shine! I feel this is very important as the postnatal period can be a daunting and lonely time for new mums.
My classes focus on resistance training, cardio as well as core and pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
